how do you make the windows roll dow and up from the remote? any other cool features? the rear brakes are squeaking, they look ok, is that normal? there is a rattle/squeak behind the stereo driving me nuts, any quick fix? cant seem to stop it.

i do not know how to roll them up, butyou can roll them down by press and holding the unlock button

 

Hold down the "unlock" button.
It goes fast. How cool is that?
Could need new pads. Have a shop do a free brake inspection. The actual brake pad replacement is not hard at all. I was going to do mine this past weekend but I was working on the suspension, so one of the other guys actually switched the pads.
Try taking it apart and reassembling it. There could be a loose screw or soem rubbing trim.

 

All the remote does is lock/unlock the car, pop trunk, arm alarm, disarm alarm if going off, roll down windows, set off panic alarm(which is pretty much useless). Thats all I can think of now.

 

hey i also just got my maxima. it is a 96 se i dont have a remote but i want one so that i can do arm/disarm alarm, roll down windows, and pop trunk. what do i do to get one for my maxima

The panic alarm is not useless. It helps you find your car in a crowded parking lot

 

if you hold down the unlock button, the windows go down, if you press it 3 times and hold, they will go back up

I have 99 Maxima and when I hold down the Unlock key it rolles the driver side and passenger side windows down, But it does not role the window back up. I donn't know how you could do that?

 

I saw a video on here the other day were some guy did custom things with some remotes, he made all the windows go up and down and he also had a remote for him air suspention and his strobes. (dont fell like searcin so someone help me out).
