for my 1998 MAX GLE?

oh, and can anyone tell me about the performance chip? I'm looking to make the car faster, BUT I don't want it loud. What is the best way to improve performance/speed without raising the db or raise it as little as possible?

I think custommaxima.com has them but I'm not sure for what year. I know I've seen both of them on there.
