found out why my car is pulling to one side

after installing my rims i notice my car steers weird and pulls to one side when i brake .... i went to good year for an inspection and they said one of my caliper locked up... how did that happen??? and can i just change one of would i have to do it in pairs?

You can change one, or you can rebuild it for under 30 bucks. Get a seal kit from Nissan, pull it apart, clean it out, lube it with clean brake fluid, install the new seals put the piston back in and your back in business.
