Give me some info on these maximas...
Ok my wife is will be looking for a car once we move in our new house and get settled and everything so Im going around researching some cars for her so shell get an idea of what to get...
I myself drive a 1992 Honda Civic Si Blk/Blk 152,000 miles yada yada yada...
I was thinking about getting her a 4 Dr civic and droping a B20 motor in there with a Integra Auto. tranny.Oh sorry the B20 is the CRV 2.0 motor. But i want her to have a bit more tourqe and saftey but at the same time still get good MPG and be reliable as a Honda.
Right now she drives a 1999 Chevy Blazer Ls with the 4.3 Ltr Vortech V6 which gets about 15 MPG if were lucky.I need her to get better gas milage than this but still have the tourqe and HP (190 FW HP).
So if there is a site that can show me specs on the 1995-1999 maximas that would be great yall.I want to know what models are what with what motors, suspension, Gas milage etc...
Also dont be baised or anything but about how long do these motors last until they need a rebuild with a somewhat agressive driver (wife has a led foot).Any crash rate testing, brakeing, 1320 times etc...
Thanks alot yall for the help, PB
BTW if yall have some pics of yalls cars postem up.

However, that is a big step down from a 1999 blazer.
Well thats the reason I came in here Custom was to find a alternative to the Hybrid 4dr Civic.Yes the civic would be nice but I wanted to see if there was another car that has a better crash test rating since my son is with her alot of the time etc...
Im not in here to compare the Maxima to the Civic, its not my thing to race a 4Dr.I just wanted to see if there was a info. site on these cars that yall could give me a link to.
So what kinda gas milage do the maximas get?The top of the line one i think its the SE right?

The auto channel is decent.. but the q/mile times and 0-60 times seem to be like estimates. Maybe try micrsofts carpoint......which is carpoint.com......only thing about carpoint is that is doesn't have q/mile//0-60 stuff like that but it does have crash test ratings and engine spex.
95 Se auto 1320 15.9 stock......5spd 1320 15.2 Stock.
No reliablilty factors here.....Maximas are really good cars and seem to last for a long time..even w/ an agressive driver like your wife. Mine has 114k and she still runs like a queen. Just keep her fliuds clean and fresh and she'll keep you happy as long as you keep her happy.

Sorry for the double post
I'm tired!!!! it's late!!!!
on gas milage i get ~ 415 until the gas light goes on which basically adds up to ~25-26MPG..not bad for a car that can bang 60mph in under 7 secondz(5spd) oh yeah...wifey want's an auto
well mid 7 second range sorry...still quik economic and reliable.......gotta have a MAX!!!!! Yeeaahh!!!
