Automatic Transmission Control Unit Signal to ECU

anyone know what this means? I am getting the error code:
I called nissan and spoke to a techincian...he didnt seem to know/care to answer my question.

Clear the error from your ECU and hope it doesn't come back again. I had to have my ECU replaced (warranty) when that code popped up shortly after I baught my car.
