Motivational Strut Mount Install Question

The question is about the black strut mount with the two holes on each side. When I put the screws in and get everything squared away (spring mounted on the strut and tightened down), I get ready to bolt it down to the chassis. When I start screwing the nuts onto the strut mount screws (provided), the screws I installed on the strut mount become undone, causing my spring to unseat, but more importantly, I cannot tighten the strut down to my chassis because it will not go down any further on the provided screws.

Has this happened to anybody? If so, or if you are just reading, what are your suggestions? Thank you!

I thought the screws were integrated into the strut mount, and weren't seperate, that's how mine was.
I did have a little problem with the spring unseating while installing, and assembled the strut in a slightly different order than mine gave in his diagram, basically reversing the top two washers to keep the mount from tilting.

from top to bottom:

top nut
upper washer
stock rubber washer (bump pointing up)
ribbed rubber washer (bump pointing down)
motivational mount (screws pointing up)
urethane washer (provided) (bump pointing up)
metal washer (provided)
bumpstop

My screws were not integrated into the mount. Not the ones I received from Motivational. I could not get the set up you described. I had spring compressors and could barely fit everything on there. Thanks for the help though.

Apply some threadlocker like Loctite Red on the threads and screw the bolts in tight. Wait a day then assemble the damper assembly. Good luck in trying to unscrew again. This is what I'm planning to do to my MSM (new acronym ) when I install mine.
