I don't have any pictures, but they're metal rods with plastic end caps. You can use a wrench on them to adjust them.

There's two adjustments per headlight. The one for aiming up/down is at the outer/lower corner of the headlight and the one for aiming right/left is on the inner/upper of the headlight (toward radiator).

Check the driver side first. The passenger side adjustments may be covered by a shield. Driver side is top of lamp towards the middle of the car.. and bottom of lamp towards the tire. Opposite for the passenger side.

I just installed my new hl assembly on the driver's side. when adjusting headlights, how far do you need to be away from a wall to adjust them?

I found it. if you look closer it's not that hard to find. It sticks out a lot, is a metal bar with a black plastic cap on it that has six sides. you can use a wrench to adjust it.

the question i have is though... i tried turning it today and i turned it a little bit but didn't see any changes. Do you ahve to turn it a lot to see a change in the light direction? i'm trying to be careful so i don't screw it up and not be able to go back to what it was originally...

from what i remember, on the height one, counterclockwise is adjusting the light to point down, right?
