How low with the springs to go...?

How much should I lower my maxima w/springs? I am sticking with 15" wheels. The Koni shocks looks to maybe have raised it .5"-.75" with the origial (SE) springs. Anyway it looks like 2" is not out of the question. Is there a 2.5" lowering option? Also, do coilovers not perform as well as springs? (at the low settings, esp...)

Thanks anyone for advice

Eibachs or H&R's will give you a nice drop 1-3/4 inches and a nice ride too.
