What's the best OEM leather shift ****?

. How about the 300ZX leather ****, or the 02 Altima? Did any 4th gen Max's have a stock leather ****? Which one is the best?

the pics i can think of off hand is not the best, but

the new 350z shifter isnt bad either.

For you guys with the AE ****, that is a very cool looking ****, but have you had any of the problems of the plastic peeling off in hot weather or just from wear?

this is gonna be my first summer with this car... got the car in dec, and the shift **** a few weeks after.... right now my only concern is to keep from burning on the leather...
