Cyl 4 misfire

yeah, pulled the codes from the ecu cuz engine was really runnin rough, and along with my rear o2 sensor code (which I know is bad) I got 0605? I think, well anyways it was detecting a misfire in cylander 4. I just pulled it late tonight so I havn't had a chance to inspect plugs yet, but what is the most common reason for misfire and what should I check or do to fix it. thanks.

IF 0605 is a cyl. 4 misfire, then I suggest the following:

1) swap cyl. 4 coil pack with another cylinder...
2) see what happens.

if the code moves to the swapped coil pack, then you have a bad coil pack.
if the codes stays on the cylinder, then you probably have a bad plug.

I wouldn't worry about the EVAP code unless it happens after you've
fixed the misfire issue...I know I've had the EVAP code before, fixed
other issue, and never received EVAP again.

odds are the pack is bad...

that's rear heated O2 sensor...not sure how to check it, but
sometimes the O2 sensor CEL goes off because you went on a high-speed
run, and the O2 sensors couldn't handle all of the pollution coming
out of your exhaust.

So, I would just reset it for now, and if the CEL comes on again,
then I would look into replacing it...
