Bad idle after new O2 sensor

Bad idle after new O2 sensor
I just replaced the LF O2 sensor and now my maxima is idleing real rough and will occasionally shutoff if I release the clutch while in N. The O2 sensor seemed to be an easy job and I rechecked the wires. What else could be the cause? Thanks
