wheel Quest.

I got 17x7 rims for a 99 max what wheel size ruber should i use? Also my rims came with bf goodrich g-force twa-2 205/40zr 17 should i use these?

Most likely they are a little small for use on the max, even w/ a drop. If they are in good shape you should be able to sell them on eBay or a honad board for a fair price...

you can use those tires if you want...it's your choice. a lot ofm people w/17s run 235/45s...it all depends on how much sidewall you want. also, if your going to be racing then you want harder tires(z-rated)...if not then h-rated tires will be fine. again, it's about what prefer...

re 235s: Probably shouldn't be running 235s on a wheel that's only 7" wide.

you can run them fine...just like you can run 225s on the Stock SE Max's rim..235s fit like a charm on a 7' wide wheel...
