I finally got the CEL to go off!

I thought the CEL had gone off, but in reality the light just burned out. I still can't figure out what 'idle speed control' is. The car is running fine, wth is wrong?

Idle Air Control Valve (IACV) It's located up near your throttle body. Follow the largest black hose from the resinator box on your intake. It will take you to that valve.
