What do you think of the new ionicdynamics skyline tails?

??

I think they don't look very good and was wondering if anybody had them and have pics of them installed? Just like to see how it looks like...any pics or opinions?

Otherwise, I guess they're alright. Nothing I'm gonna go run out and stand in line for 5 months for though.

they could have at least used red/clear tails instead of having the yellow piece in there...

i think that Ionicdynamics havent really developed anything nice for the maxima, all their products look half assed. None are really dont with too much creative thinking.

Yeah, I don't like it. The circles are much too small. I'd stick with painting Altezza's if you want your tails to look like a Skyline's.

Very old, fake and want-to-be looking. The designs of rear lights on new model cars have elevated to the point that applications such as this very passe. Not even worthly of a Honda.

true- its not that they lack creativity, i think their products are kept simple, rather than going all out on wild elaborate designs that dont suit many of us.
these tail covers are pretty creative in my book, sure the circles couldve been a little bigger but there's only so much room to play with.
but everyones entitled to their opinion

yeah, i'll need to see them on a car first....I think they look better then the altezza ones, cause of the back up light and turn signal light 'bar' If they had red/clear tails, and holes that are a lil bigger, they'd be winners.

What has to change with them is that the side reflector of the tail light is being covered and that would cause many tickets.

Yeah that's true...I didn't think of that, they should take our opinions in consideration too create better tails. Anyone got pic?

- circles need to be bigger
- circles need to stick out (outer one more than inner)
- needs red/clears
- cant look like a piece of white shell over a stock taillight -- must sell whole assmbly
