Thumping from rear suspension

There has always been this little knocking sound coming out the back whenever I take a left turn at over 25, but now that I put in the kyb/abx, h&rs and rsb, I can hear this sound very clearly any time I take a left turn. when I was putting in the RSB, I noticed the bar that goes diagonally from the wheel to the axle, and it sounds like that might be the culprit. Any ideas?

Which RSB did you just installed. If it's the Stillen, make sure it's not hitting the uniframe above the trailing arms.

It's an Addco. This sound was there before the RSB

This probably may not help you at all because the sound you describe is not a cracking type sound like mine, but I'll give it a shot. I had this cracking/hard "tack" type noise for a while in my car, and for the longest time I could not locate it. I thought it was my suspension (but not matter how hard I tried I could not replicate that noise by making the car bounce, and pushing it from the sides). I then thought it was something in the trunk. The trunk was eliminated when I took evreything out from it, including my system, there was only Dynamat to be seen. It was driving me nuts. It would sometimes happen when I would make sharp turns with a little speed, like yourself. When I installed my AGX's and H&R's it was making it at almost every sharp turn. This morning out of desperation I finally started moving and banging stuff in my rear panel and found that it was my rear panel itself. I stuck 5 rags back there all around the edges, and the rear brake light, making it very tight, and now I have complete silence . I know this was long, but this noise was pi$$ing me off for months.
