The hinge on my old fuel door was breaking so I went and got one from another black maxima. They are both black but when I put the new one on it looks different, not as black as the car. Does anyone have any sugestions to paint it. My mechanic wants $30 to paint it but can I use spray paint, and can I clear coat it?

Also is anyone else having problems using the search or is it just me?
