I just did the AE Mod to my 97's headlights, i cleaned the inside of the lense, but the outside is all rough and pitted from the winter roads and salt. Does anyone know the best way if any to clean the outside and make it clear again. Maybe wet sanding and clearcoating??

I would like to know that as well. My headlights are all scratched up!!

 

I used meguiurs clear plastic polish on mine and it helped a little, but i would sure like to kno how to get them smooth again
