www.jimwolftechnology.com You need to call them to order it i belive. And www.cattman.com also has the JWT ECU's for sale for around $560. But i think here site is down right now since it was hacked a little while ago. G-force also makes an ECU but i dont know of there site. And JET makes at ECU but it is crap and wont do nearly as much as the JWT, which is only like $150 more.

So... do they make one for 4th gen? On the site they only list it for 89-94

BTW- I went to carparts.com and they told me that "there are two computers available for your Maxima - "through 10/95" production and "from 11/95"." Which one is the right one? This is for a SE 5spd ECU.
