1157 LED question

Im looking to replace the bulbs in my corner lamps with a whiter and brighter bulb. does anyone have experience with the led bulbs? and is it worth the $20 compared to the stock incadescent bulbs that look yellow? thanx

yea, that's what im about to go with.. i got the LED's and they're kinda purple/bluish lookin, not really white.. the only way you're gonna match those with ur headlights is with a 7 or 8000k HID kit..

Ebay has a set of Piaa Xtreme white 27/5w, and a set of Polarg Hyper-White M14 21/5w. Both bulbs are blue tinted. Are either of them truly blue when turned on? The reason Im saying this is because I have Plasma bulbs with a slight tint of blue and wanted corner bulbs that are white or with a slight tint of blue to match. So will these match? And if so, which ones are better (Piaa or Polarg) Theyre both the same price....Thanx for anyones help

PIAA suck for how much they cost. I have PIAA extreme white bulbs and I have a hard time seeing with them. Also during the day they just look very similar to stock.

Do any of you put LED's on your red/clears too make the red look much brighter. Im wondering about that setup.
