Silverstars vs. BlueVisions

Does anyone have any feedback regarding which are better, Silverstars or BlueVisions?

Silverstars = Baby blue light that most stock halogen systems overpower on the road. Their totally invisable on wet roadways. However, they look great on your car.

Blue Visions throw more light on the road. I found that the Sylvania Cool Blues are brighter and throw more light on the road then the Phillips Blue Visions. Both throw a cleaner whiter light then a clear Halogen bulb. Both do suffer slightly on wet roadways.
