Heavy Duty Shocks

Has anyone got inventive or know anyone who experimented with a heavy duty shock, such as Monroe Sensa Shocks to combine with lowering springs. Will the Monroe's last? The Monroe's are only $170 for a set. That is a big differance in price compared with tokico.
