Changing Ignition On 95??? Help!!!

I DONT KNOW WHERE THE HELL TO BEGIN BESIDES THE TWO SCREWS UNDER THE STEERING WHEEL. IS THERE A WRITE-UP SOMEWHERE? I'VE LOOKED ALL OVER THE PLACE!! THANKS FOR ANY HELP

changing the ignition on the max is actually not too bad, as long as your mechanically enclined.
