need help finding fuse!?

I made my clearance lights brighter.I know I need to change my 7.5 amp fuse to a 10amp.OK heres the problem I cant find which fuse is the one for the clearance lights.I looked in the fuse box next to the battery but I couldnt locate the correct fuse,I tried looking at the graph thats on the fuse cover but I didnt find it..I saw the one for tail lights and headlights and some other ones with some letters but I didnt know wich one to replace.Help I want to change the fuse before it blows.

It is the 7.5 amp tail light fuse. It may or may not blow, depending on how you did the mod. It would not hurt to replace it with a 10 amp anyway.

For the longer explanation, if you are running BOTH filaments in the bulb, you must replace the fuse. I am running both filaments (my mod was different and did not involve cutting any nubs).

Because making them brighter creates more heat. Also these lights use the same fuse as your taillights and brakelights and if goes youll be driving without brakelights. But if you say you had them for a while without blowing a fuse then thats good..A lot of people on the org have had the fuse blown after they make the lights brighter.I just want to be on the safe side and not worry about getting hit from behinde.

Hey thanks CAM ,I did the one with the nub cutting.Im not sure how to do the one so you can run both filaments.Does running both filaments make them brighter then if you justcut off the nubs?

Running both filaments is not a whole lot brighter, since the 27 watt side of the bulb overpowers the 8 watt side. To run both filaments, you actually ADD a nub, thereby tapping both contacts on the bulb's shell and using both filaments. This is what I did for my '98 SE.
The only reason some people cut off the nubs is because they are trying to tap the 27 watt side of the bulb. It is not necessary, depending on how you want the mod to be.

To answer your question, the fuse panel is on the driver side under the steering wheel - right around where your left knee is.

Remove and swap the tail light fuse.
I've been running a 10Amp fuse with the reversed bulbs in my clearance lights now for about 6 months with no problems.
