Help! Idle drops when AC is on!

Hey,

I have had a bit of a stalling problem lately. When I start the car if I don't give it a little gas it stalls. But I also just found out that when I turn the AC on the idle drops by about 200 rpm and the idle gets a little rough.

Are these problems related, and what could they be?

IACV Valve isn't working correctly.

Clean your throttle body and that valve. Do a search on here for IACV or Idle Air Control Valve.

Hey, my idle increases the rpm's when ac's on.
What does that mean?

It means your IACV is operating normally
