maximaking

OK guys, I've been playing on Ebay again.... they seem to have several engines for maxima's available at seemingly reasonable prices. My car is still running pretty good but it is pushing 200k miles, from what I understand I need to stick with either a 95 or 96 for my 95 GXE. How much would the install run? I know that there will be some parts that should always be replaced when dong this type of work, what are they and how much can I expect to pay? Anyone else tried this to give an old ccar some new life? Mine runs great but it's starting to get a little noisey as can be expected with mileage.
