I've noticed that my car gets better gas milage in warmer whether then it does in winter. When its like 80 it seems like my car goes further on a tank of gas. This could be caused because of additives put in winter gasoline, as for your problem between 70-100 I would doubt it would really matter. Make sure you have 32psi in your tires, check your fuel and air filters as well.
