How much?
Are they stainless steel?

yes its T-304 Stainless steel

they are illegal but only for about 10 min until your car warms up. the new pipe will eliminate the precats on a non cali car.

they give you a ton of power for real cheap. i havent dynoed but supposedly people have seen gains of 15hp at the wheels, and they work even better with an intake

its my favorite mod so far and i dont ever regret it
