some noob ?s not in faq

1)the passenger side corner lamp only gets brighter when the car is moving where as the driver side it gets brighter whenever the turn signal is on even stopped.what could be the problem?i went ahead and cut the nubs on both clearance lights and now the one on the passenger side is only getting brighter when i turn the turn signal on??where as the driver is always bright.

2) what brand bulbs do u guys use b/c i want all bright white bulbs around in the front.polar g??i did replace them all but they still aren't bright white.and the same color white, different shades so to speak.

3) i want to put some springs and struts on but i don't think i wanna spend the $$ on agxs and was thinking about gettting gr2s.i wanna drop it about 1.5 inches at the least and DO NOT want a harsh ride but i want excellent handling, can i have my cake and eat it too?is there a certain drop when u need camber bolts or should i get them ne way?

4) is there a difference in diff brands y pipes? i also want to put a dual exhaust on but do i need to buy new pipes after the cat?(b pipe? if so is it less restrictive or should i just keep whats there?) the guy that is gonna do my duals is gonna make a y right on the spot like 6"-12" b4 the normal muffler.

5)i have a bad throw out bearing in my clutch and i'm gonna get one next month what do ya'll recommend, i've seen exedy on ebay for $120, would it be worth the extra $$$ for an act or udr?? i was also contemplating a udr flywheel.well one of the mechanics at work said i have a bad thow out bearing b/c it was making a sound like the one when ur rotors need cut and the sound went away when i pushed the clutch in but it hasn't made that sound in like a month but it was making that sound 2 months ago for as long as a month.he also said it is not a priority to replace as long as i'm not losing power.i work at a nissan dealer so its not like he saying that to get buisiness b/c i get everything done for free except parts if its an aftermarket part.

i think thats all for now. thanks in advance. i'm gonna go take some pics of my max and hopefully i'll get my homepage up and running

Don't bother with a dual exhaust. Its not worth it. Also, if you have any kind of Y-pipe, its not really a dual exhaust, just dual outlet.

The quest for matching bulbs goes on...good luck...check your rewire instructions instead of cutting bulb nubs...

KYB makes excellent suspension, if you just can't afford the AGX< that is one reason to go with GR2...but if you don't want/need the adjustability, then that locks in your decision.

Good luck...

Clutch choice is depending on driving style...there are good and bad things about all types but Exedy should suffice for 99% of drivers.
