Copy of Stillen front lip installations

Hey everyone. I have been waiting months for the weather to break to install my Stillen front lip on my 96 Max. Well, I seem to have misplaced the instructions from Stillen regarding the type of primer to use on the piece and other information. Does someone have a copy of the installations that he/she can e-mail me or provide a link to? I am having the piece painted next week. Any help you can give is appreciated. Thank you!

Drill 3 screws in the middle of the lip (under the lip) to underneat the bumper of the car, get some 3M tape at home Depot or Auto Zone (The one with the red strip) and put around where the lip contacts the bumper, after doing that use a metal screw and drill 1 into each side of the fender to secure the lip onto the side of each fender (Note that the screw goes in facing the wheel and not the side of the fender).

Hope this helps.

hey max4u

did you sand anything down? and when you said Drill 3 screws in the middle of the lip(under the lip) do you mean by the very very bottom of the lip? or the other piece of top of the very bottom?

I install my lip and the front is sticking out a little.=(

I appreciate the response. But I need the instructions to provide the painter with all the information regarding painting the piece. I would prefer an authentic copy of Stillen's instructions to hand him. Does anyone still have their's? Maybe you could attach it to an e-mail and send it to me. Thanks everyone.

Nothing needs to be sand. And yes you put the 3 screws at the very bottom of the lip to attach it to the bumper.
