High miles with MEVI good?

Don't know of any reason the VI would matter on a high mileage car. It is in noway dangerous to the engine. Heck, these came stock on some Max's over seas, so Nissan sure did not think it would matter.
I have over 100K miles with a VI, others have a VI with many more than that.

I think it would better for the engine cause it allows the right amount of air into the engine at all times and probably puts less strain on the engine...

High mileage shouldn't really affect anything since the VI just improves airflow at high rpms. The only adverse effect I can think of might be extra metals in your oil. The reason I say this is after installing my VI and having my oil analyzed the wear metals were higher than normal. I told the analysis reviewer (Terry Dyson) that I had installed a VI, so he said that's likely where the metals came from.
