Rubbing noise when brakes applied in reverse
When I back up I hear a rubbing noise coming from the brakes. This only happens when going backward. Is this the wear indicator???? I am going to pull the wheels this weekend and take a look, but thought I would throw it out here. I have only had the car for less than 10K so I am assuming they are original (car just passed 60K). Also, if so what pads should I go for?

If not worn pads,
groan could be from.........
If your wheels are getting wet while parked, the noise is surface rust on rotor.
If you recently installed a rear sway bar, it might have tightened up your brake cables, and therefore your rear brakes got snugged up a little.
Brakes got contaminated with something. Look for leaks.
Something could be loose. Doubt it.
