how to install a act clutch?

i have a 96 se 5 speed and i have purchased an act clutch i was wondering if anyone knows of a site that explains how to install this. or if anyone could give a breif overview of how to do it, that would be greatly appreciated! thank you

one bad thing about act clutch
the pressure is harder than stock
anybody else got a deffirent pressure plate
that is soft for daily driver
