Need Installation Instructions for KYB AGX's

Hello,

Im planning on installing my KYB's on Saturday. Does anyone have a writeup on how to install them. I have installed the Konis a while back and I cant remember much about how to do it.

Thanks,
Mike

If you've done Koni's, I think it should be a lot simpler to install KYBs. Didn't the Koni's have to be cut in some way?

Anyway, just take out the whole spring/strut assembly, put on a spring compressor (you only need it for the fronts), undo the top bolt on the strut and it pretty much just comes apart. Just make sure to put everything back the same way, and you might wanna replace strut bearings and dust boots.

Also, make sure you tighten up the top bolt to the proper spec when you're done, mine was loose and that was the source of pretty much all my suspension noise.

Are you going with stock springs btw?
