my ignition fuse in the engine keeps burning out. I have a system.. 2 12"s and a 250m amp w/stock head unit, but the power wire from the amp gos to a fuse and then too the battery so I know its not that but I do have a ps2 mounted in the trunk w/inverter and a video amp that runs the 3 tvs that I have... its crazy it seems like it only happens after I have the car on with just those loads (the tvs and the system) under normal use in extended periods of time (2 hrs or more) what should I do???? use a higher rated fuse? a 40 or 50???? or.... get a capacitor?????

If it's the ignition circuit, then you probably have bare metal on a ACC power lead touching metal somewhere or crossed with a ground.
