Impressions on Gr2's

Hey everyone,
After putting 50K on my H&R/Tokico setup, it was pretty obvious that the Tok's are definitely not up to the task of handling an aftermarket spring. All four were pretty much shot.
I must say, that after installing the GR2's, I get a much better rebound response, and no more ghetto bounce which I attributed to the springs doing all the work. Hopefully they will stand the test of time. I am definitely happy with the ride.
I got them for only $257 shipped from Taylorautomotive.com

I've been running GR2 for a while now and I really like them. They provide good performance at a reasonable price for those of use who don't need the adjustability of the AGXs.

I wish more people would realize this. The GR2's are really nice struts!

I'd definately agree when they are coupled with H&Rs or other softer springs, good stuff.... but many other aftermarket springs.. Eibach, Sprint... would probably not go too well due to those springs having a much much stiffer rate. I'm pretty sure the rear would still be quite bouncy compared to an AGX or Koni setup with the settings turned up.

I currently have my stock SE springs over AGX set at 2/4, which is supposed to be the same as GR2s out of the box. Maybe I didn't need to get AGX if I end up at set it and forget it.
