How do you take off the dash on a 4th Gen

Hey guys, is there any site that tells how to take the dash off the 4th Gen to put in a new cd player. I took part of it off the other day and I think I have to off the whole freaking think, all the way around the air controls. Is that true? Help.... thanks, Steve
