Would *LOVE* to see some pics of nice trunk installs (stereo)
I have a few ideas running around in my head of how I am going to (re) install my system, but I would like to get some ideas from other members on what they did and how they did it.
One of my main problems is dealing with the RSTB. I would like to show it off a bit, but it seems that this will be difficult since I would like to mount my amplifier and my sub(s) in the front-most part of the trunk. Sub(s) are yet undetermined, but could be anything from (1) 10" to (2) 12" to (3) 10". The amplifier is HUGE - pretty much the exact width of the trunk in the aforementioned location. I'd like to retain my spare tire/rim as it is an OEM 5 star - prolly going to give it a plex window to show it off.
Any/all pics would be helpful, even if yours doesn't look that professional. Thanks.

Oh, and, thanks Sprint. That looks REAL nice. Do you happen to know if the spare is easily accessible?

Well, I'm sure this isn't what you're looking for (especially with this gigantic amp you're talking about, but the JL Stealthbox is an option if you're thinking of a single 10. It's small but it pounds pretty good for a single 10 that's almost completely invisible...
Not everyone's cup of tea, but defintely a clean and efficient install. If I had the money I might put something more elablorate in, although I need the trunk space sometimes. All in all it's a really nice setup if you want an almost transparent install. If you're not noticing the stealthbox (non-Maxima people usually don't, but most Max people will notice) it's on the left side there where there used to be a gap between the wheel hump and the back of the trunk.
Now if only they made a stealthbox for the OTHER side so I could have two 10's...then I would be happy...
