****ed off!

Intermittant no-start problem started in Feb '02. Mechanics ccouldn't diagnose unless in a no-start mode which was not able to be recreated until now, 13 months later. $300 of labor revealed a wiring harness under the dash which was never snapped together properly at time of manufacture in Japan. Must have been Saki-day! Couldn't sell it, couldn't rely on it but still had to insure it during that time. Had to buy another car to replace it for reliability.

Another friend of mine is having other problems with his Nissans. Toyota and Honda, here I come.

Dont be p!ssed about the Maxima....... Its a very good car and should be reliable..... But, I can also understand your point of view because I have gotten PO'ed about stuff not working on every car I have ever owned.... Give the Maxima another chance...

The car ran fine for (at minimum) three years with this problem?
What year is the car?

You wanna complain about wiring? I've spent over $300 on electrical
work to fix cracked wires in an unopened wire harness in the engine
bay...plus, dealer said torque convertor -- $2000 to repair...F THAT!
