I drove the car Sunday morning, no problems.. I drove the car later that afternoon and:

1. The engine is sputtering (shaking)
2. Idleing at 500 or less..
3. When you put it into Drive, idles even lower.
4. Dash lights flicker sometimes.
5. A friend suggested the fuel filter. I had a new one put in a month ago.
6. I had not filled up on gas recently, so I don't think I got bad gas.
7. When I try to drive it, if I keep it revved at least 1k, the engine is smooth and sounds fine.

This had to happen when the forum was down..

Anyone, please if you have any insight, please let me know.

 

coils, injectors?

 

Mass Air Flow Sensor...did you change anything there recently? check it out, it sounds like the issue is coming from there...

Went to try the car on my way to work this morning... No problems.. Car is driving like a dream. WTF!?
The problem was there for a day and a half, and now its gone..

 

careful! don't count yer eggs just yet!!!

when I experienced problems over the last year the issues were
intermittent, until finally, it was happening all the time...
