Switching stock A/C to R134

Has anyone done this? Is it easy? and is the R134 as cold as the stock freon. At 70K I can feel that the freon is getting weaker, especially in this 90 degree weather here in the south bay area.

If u have a 4th gen then u should already have R134a. Get a guage and refill kit from InterDynamics (any parts store will have them) and follow the instructions.

Now I can remain calm, cool, and collective.
