I've noticed that for the past two days, I have a slight bit of hestitation when I start the car in the middle of the day. When I start the car in the morning to go to work, it starts up fine. When I start the car at the end of the workday to go home, it starts up fine. When I start the car at night to go to the gym, it starts up fine.

However, in the middle of the day when I start the car, in the middle of starting, there is a extremely slight pause as if the starter is about to die with a sound like a wheeze before the starter catches and the car starts.

It has happened twice in two days and the car has been fine before that. When I had purchased the car from the previous owner at the end of March, he had mentioned that the starter had been changed not too long ago.

Are there any thoughts as to the problem?
