Polyurethane Bushings?

I saw these on courtesyparts.com (link is http://www.courtesyparts.com/energys...on/maxima.html) and was wondering what, if anything, they would change in my daily driving experience. A friend of a friend claims that he's got him on a Del Sol and that they rock, but I think that he's one of those Fast n Furious types, so I thought I'd check here and see what you guys have to say.

Re: Polyurethane Bushings?

I just put this on my car couple of months ago. If you can put them on yourself, it's worth it. Otherwise, forget it. It's very expensive have the control arm bushings replaced by a shop.

I was wondering this myself...what exactly do they do in relation to the feeling of driving the car?
