STILLEN lip insadent

Tonight I pulled up to a parking spot at a gas station, and hit the sidewalk on accident. I got out to look at the car and the lip was smashed and bent down. I backed up and to my surprise nothing at all was wrong with it. Just some minor paint damage, but its all getting repainted when the car gets sprayed. white with blue pearl.

I am very glad I didnt get the fiberglass bumpers, I know that would have been gone to the trash after this.

My girl made me back into a wall once because she was nagging me so much and I was flustered.

Made her walk home. She made me hurt my baby....

yes!
I was on the phone with them for two weeks. I had to send pics of the lip, pics of my car, I had to wait for approval, Then I had to send in a serial number off the lip with the reciept and after a week they got back to me telling my I had to pay a crazy sum for shippin.

I spoke with a customer service rep twice to try and get mine replaced. He basically told me that the only way to get it replaced for free is if the thing cracks for NO reason. If you scrape the lip and it cracks, they do not replace it because they do not consider that as "under normal use".
They slap this warranty on it but it's total BS.
I asked him for a discount on a new lip and he connected me to a sales rep who wanted me to send pics of the cracked lip...I ended up getting a new lip for $200 shipped from Alex at Southwest and my body shop sprayed and installed it for free as a favor to me.

You sure did...

Oh one more thing. Since I didn't buy my kit directly from Stillen, they didn't even want to speak to me about replacing the lip. They said if it was under warranty (which it wasn't) I'd have to go through SW and they in turn would have to deal with Stillen.
