hey guys here is my problem:
i have had my tranny rebuilt several times in the last six months and for some reason the tranny shop just cant get it right. at normal throttal the 1-2 and 2-3 shift seems to be lazy even. every time i take it back for them to rebuild it the car comes back different every time. the tranny guy says the car drives fine and its all in my head but i dont think so. when i floor it at the ligt the tires spin and i'm off. 1-2 gear shifts smooth with no jerks at 6000 rpm then 2-3 does the same. the first time the tranny shop rebuilt it the 1-2 gear shifted with athority at 6500 rpm with a healthy jerk to show it means business. i blew it out at the local drag races during a mean burn out. it was still under warranty so i had them fix it. ever since then i've lost that mean 1-2 shift.
my question to all you maxima lovers with auto's how does you tranny shift. is it normal for the tranny to shift smooth at full throttal and to lazy shift a normal speed or what help me out before i take it back for the fourth time.

thanks guys

If your looking for a harder shift try Don's valvebody, Level 10 valvebody or the

cheapest soultion is the transgo shift kit.
