Hi,
Does anyone have tips on winning the court cases. Seeking mostly for the kinds of clothes to wear, how to answer questions, etc.
Do you think the judge/prosecutor will reduce the tickets for wearing us tie, pin, or shirt(patriotic stuff)?

What you mean kiss the judges butt?
From what I know you go to court, wait for the prosecutor to tell you what he can do with your tickets, and than you can say ok or fight it. After that you wait for the judge to call your name and he reads the stuff to you.
How could I kiss the judge's butt? Do I have a chance to talk to him before the case?

Usually the only time when you talk to the judge is when he is actually hearing the case..... Not before or after..... Its not nessecary to dress in your Sunday best clothing, but go there with a rather clean apperance...... Speak with the prosecutor and see what can be done with the tickets. Give him a brief (one sided) account of what happened, and see what he says..... Other than that, I dont know..... Traffic Court Judges here on the southside of Atlanta tend to be @ssholes....
