Clattering Valves

Heres my problem, every time I drive my car and I accelerate slowly I can hear a clattering sound that sounds horrible. It was bad when I put 87 octane in my car, now I put 93 octane and it isnt as bad but it still does it. Does anybody know how to cure this?

You have engine ping. Coils are usually to blame but other items can cause excessive ping as well.

Excissive carbon build up in your cylinders
Malfunctioning EGR system
Faulty O2 sensors
