Good price for a car i'm looking at?

I'm currently in the market for another Maxima. I found one that I like, but last time I bought a car I overpaid and regretted it.

Its a Black 97 SE
Automatic transmission
72k Miles
Black interior w/ grey cloth
Moonroof, power driver seat
Spoiler, SE Fogs
No bose, no heated seats, no climate control
Trunk carpet is very stained and will need to be replaced
Very clean inside and out, i'd say good to excellent condition.
I drove it and it rides real smooth. It was owned by a middle age lady.

One question, I thought all SE's had the pinstripe....this one doesnt? I doubt a middle aged lady would try and remove it. Does this mean the car has been repainted or anything I should check for?

I don't think i'm going to get any lower than 7500, is this a good price or should I keep looking?

That sounds just like the car I have, except mine's a 5 speed. $7500 isn't a bad price if it's in good condition. Most Maximas actually DIDN'T come with a pinstripe - some dealers just added it on. If it's in good shape and it's what you want, grab it.
