When my car has the brakes applied a hear a cree cree cree sounds, the slower i am going the further apart the "cree" are. Sounds like it is coming form the front wheels and that its a metal on metal issue, i am replacing the brake pads very shortly. will this cure my problem? thanks

 

probably yeah. But you might also need to re-surface your rotors. that should take care of the problem.
