My sunroof is sticking, will I have to ...

My sunroof is sticking when I'm trying to bring it back in. Will I have to rip it out and replace the guides like Deezo shows? Or can I lube it back up?
If I do need to rebuild, where can I get the best price?

Thanks for the help

Carl.

The best thing to do is rebuilt it because you will have to rip it out to see what's causing the problem anyway.
