ground control spring rates
you know how u can choose the spring rates on new gruond controls.. what is the best rate for our cars if you want awesome handling. ride quality is not of major importance.. someone told me 750 front and like 500 rear...i think that is a lil to much. any opinions. iw as thinking like 550/400.. my friend witha nd rx-7 has gc's and he is running 550/400.. but the rx-7 is a small car.its a 2nd gen.. so max rate should be higher.
JIC knows their stuff about coilovers, and for their FLT-A2s they use 506/337 as their setup.

Stock ground controls should actually be pretty close to that. Anything higher you'd need to run on smooth pavement or 1/4 mile strip, because they wouldn't be able to soak up any street bumps at all.
